
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
~1/4 banana, mashed
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 cup or more almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon or more cinnamon
dash of salt
1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
Directions:
In a small pot, combine oats, banana, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, water, coconut water, and almond milk. Bring to a boil and then lower to a simmer.
Once oats have softened, add blueberries, pumpkin seeds, flax, chia, and hemp seeds. Taste and adjust for seasoning. If it's too thick, add more liquid.
Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
Serve with fresh fruit, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and/or nut butter.
