Seedy Oatmeal with Wild Blueberries


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • ~1/4 banana, mashed

  • 1/2 cup filtered water

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 1/4 cup or more almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/8 teaspoon or more cinnamon

  • dash of salt

  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds


  1. In a small pot, combine oats, banana, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, water, coconut water, and almond milk. Bring to a boil and then lower to a simmer.

  2. Once oats have softened, add blueberries, pumpkin seeds, flax, chia, and hemp seeds. Taste and adjust for seasoning. If it's too thick, add more liquid.

  3. Cook for about 10-15 minutes.

  4. Serve with fresh fruit, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and/or nut butter.
