Seven Seed Granola

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon quinoa

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds

  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tablespoon tahini

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Whisk tahini, coconut oil, vanilla, and maple syrup in a small bowl.

  3. Add the remainder of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.

  4. Add tahini mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

  5. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring half way or until golden.
