1 teaspoon coconut oil
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Place a small pan on medium heat.
Once the pan is hot add the coconut oil.
When the coconut oil has completely melted, add the pumpkin seeds and the spices.
Sauté until golden brown, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once done cooking, lay flat on a plate or baking sheet to cool and dry before enjoying.
Store in an airtight container for up to one week, or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
