Ingredients:
2 cups mixed greens
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1-2 tablespoons of mint, finely chopped
Directions:
Place mixed greens into a large mixing bowl.
Add strawberries, walnuts, feta, and red onion on top of the mixed greens.
Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of chopped mint on top of your salad.
Dress with dressing of choice and enjoy!
