Berry Yogurt Popsicles






Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups dairy free yogurt or plain unsweetened greek yogurt

  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 1/4 cups mixed berries (fresh of frozen)

  • 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid. Enjoy!
