Super Green Post-Workout Smoothie



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 2 cups spinach, tightly packed

  • 1 small banana

  • 2 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder

  • ice

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender.

  2. Blend until you reached your desired consistency. Add more ice, if needed.

  3. Pour into a large glass.
