2 cups dairy-free dark chocolate chips
1 Tbsp goji berries
1 Tbsp orange zest
2 teaspoons coconut flakes
1 teaspoon ground chia seeds
1 teaspoon pink himalayan salt
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate chips in either the microwave or on the stove.
Pour the melted chocolate, in a thin layer, onto the baking sheet.
Sprinkle on the rest of the ingredients evenly, while the chocolate is still wet.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
Take the baking sheet out, break the bark into individual pieces, and store in an air tight container in the freezer. Enjoy!
