1 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
dash of cayenne
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spread pepitas on parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the oven while it is preheating.
Mix together maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne.
Remove pepitas from oven and mix in with maple syrup and spices.
Spread mixture back on the parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for approximately 5 minutes (they'll crisp and harden up).
Break up clumps of seeds and enjoy!
