Tuna Salad Lettuce Cups


• 5 leaves of butter lettuce

• ½ avocado

• 1 can of tuna

• 1 tablespoon of avocado mayo or vegan mayo

• 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped

• 2 tablespoons celery, chopped

• 2 tablespoons dill, minced

• lemon juice

• Dijon mustard (optional)

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Balsamic glaze drizzle


1. Put your can of tuna into a bowl.

2. Add mayo, red onion, dill, celery, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.

3. Mix all ingredients evenly.

4. Lay butter leaves onto your plate.

5. Spoon a scoop of tuna salad onto each leaf.

6. Place a piece of avocado on top of each leaf.

7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
