Turmeric Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 + 1/2 cups of nondairy milk, or coconut milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1-2 teaspoons of date syrup

  • Sprinkle of black pepper


Directions:


1. Add all ingredients into a sauce pan and heat over low-medium heat.

2. Continue to stir mixture until ingredients are well combined and desired temperature is reached.

3. Enjoy with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top!
