1 apple (such as fuji or honeycrisp)
1 pear (such as bosc or bartlett)
1 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon or more cinnamon
squeeze of orange and lemon juice
dash of salt
Cut apple and pear into ½-1” inch cubes.
Heat oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat for about one minute and then add in cut fruit.
Stir well until fruit is evenly coated with oil and then add vanilla, orange juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Let the fruit cook for about 5-10 minutes or until they are golden and have reached desired softness.
Taste for seasoning. Enjoy!
