2 1/2 cups fresh watermelon, cut into cubes
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1/8 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon lime juice
Using a sharp knife, cut watermelon into cubes.
Place all ingredients into a food blender. Once blended, pour into popsicle molds.
Take the popsicle molds to the freezer for at least 4 hours
