Wellness Juice


  • 2-3 oranges, juiced and rinds

  • 2 cups of water

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 2 inch nob of ginger, cubed

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • dash salt & black pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender until well combined.

  2. Strain contents using a fine mesh strainer and use a spoon to move contents from side to side to best strain juice. Enjoy!
