Wild Blueberry, Basil, & Avocado Smoothie



Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup frozen wild blueberries

  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil

  • 1 big handful spinach

  • 1-2 teaspoons hemp seeds

  • splash of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup kefir or 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt

  • 1/4 cup coconut water or almond milk

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor.

  2. Process until smooth. If too thick, add more liquid.

  3. Taste and adjust accordingly. Enjoy!
