Ingredients:
2/3 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 avocado
2 Tbsp fresh basil
1 big handful spinach
1-2 teaspoons hemp seeds
splash of vanilla extract
1/4 cup kefir or 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
1/4 cup coconut water or almond milk
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Process until smooth. If too thick, add more liquid.
Taste and adjust accordingly. Enjoy!
